Ten Things You Should Know Before Ordering

All items made by Studio Eldeen Handmade Art LLC and sold in this store are made-to-order. Please allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks for your order to be made. Wait times may be longer depending on volume of orders I have at any given time, the number of conventions I'm traveling to, and how well life in general wants to cooperate with me. I'll do my best to keep you updated so you know what to expect. As with any handmade item, your order may have slight imperfections. 

I will ship to anywhere in the world that United States Postal Service or UPS will deliver to. Shipping options and prices will be displayed on checkout.

If your order arrives damaged you must contact Studio Eldeen Handmade Art LLC immediately and include photograph(s) of the area(s) damaged; Failure to do so may result in additional costs to you to replace the damaged item.

Custom Commissions: I send progress updates and photos to you during the creation process of your order to get feedback, ensuring you are satisfied before moving on to the next phase of creating your order. Due to electronic screen color variations, colors may vary from the photos sent to you. As with any handmade item, your order may have slight imperfections. 

Any products made by Studio Eldeen Handmade Art LLC that are intended for contact with food or drink will only be sealed using KSResin’s FDA-compliant products. Customers should visit https://www.ksresin.com for any questions or concerns regarding KSResin’s product lines. If you have any allergies to KSResin’s fully cured FDA-compliant products, it is not recommended that you purchase any products intended for contact with food or drink from Studio Eldeen Handmade Art LLC.

While the resins I use have UV inhibitors and resist yellowing better than most resins on the market, customers should be aware that all resins yellow over time. Prolonged exposure to heat and UV light will hasten the yellowing of your item. Studio Eldeen Handmade Art LLC will not be liable for yellowed resin products.

A Care Instruction Card is included with some products purchased from Studio Eldeen Handmade Art LLC. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the product that Studio Eldeen Handmade Art LLC will not be liable for.

All items from Studio Eldeen Handmade Art LLC are non-returnable. There are no refunds on Custom Commissions.
